01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pkr38 ("pkr38", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pkr38.vip and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

pkr38 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will provide reasonable notice via a Platform notification or email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 7.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in English. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English text shall take precedence in the event of any inconsistency.

1.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. pkr38 operates with the intent to comply with all applicable regulations governing online gaming services accessible to players in Bangladesh. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to pkr38's internal dispute resolution process as described in Section 8 before any further escalation.

1.2 Language and Communication

All official communications between pkr38 and its players — including account notifications, bonus offers, support responses, and formal notices — are conducted in English. Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the content of all communications sent to their registered email address. pkr38 will not be liable for any loss arising from a player's failure to read or comprehend communications that were delivered to their registered contact details.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To access any real-money features of the pkr38 Platform — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, and wagering — you must create a registered player account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active pkr38 account at any time. The creation of duplicate, additional, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

By registering an account with pkr38, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform. pkr38 is strictly an 18+ service and takes all reasonable steps to prevent access by minors.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a legal entity, corporate body, or third party.
• You are acting on your own behalf and using your own funds for all deposits and wagers placed on the Platform.
• The personal information you provide during registration — including your full name, date of birth, address, and contact details — is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
• You have not previously been excluded from pkr38 or any other online gaming platform through a self-exclusion or operator-imposed restriction that remains in effect.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial, professional, or third-party wagering purpose.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

pkr38 is committed to maintaining the security and integrity of its Platform. As part of this commitment, we may require you to complete an identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") process at any point, including but not limited to before processing your first withdrawal, when your account activity triggers an internal review threshold, or when required by our security team. Verification documents may include a government-issued national identity card, passport, driver's licence, or proof of address (utility bill, bank statement).

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe — typically 7 business days from the date of the request — may result in a temporary restriction on your account's withdrawal functionality until verification is completed. pkr38 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pkr38 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). pkr38 supports a range of local payment methods designed to serve players across Bangladesh efficiently and without unnecessary delay.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. pkr38 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from an account that does not match the name on your pkr38 player account may be refunded to the originating account and a processing fee may apply. pkr38 does not charge a platform-side deposit fee; however, your mobile banking provider's standard transaction charges may apply and are your responsibility.

3.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details held on your pkr38 player account. Before a withdrawal is approved, pkr38 may require you to have completed the KYC verification process described in Section 2.2. pkr38 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum daily withdrawal limit imposed by pkr38, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

04 Bonus & Promotions Policy

pkr38 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket finals, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this Section as well as any additional specific terms attached to each individual offer at the time it is presented to you.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all bonus funds awarded by pkr38 are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount you must wager using bonus funds before a withdrawal request will be approved in relation to those funds. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in eligible wagers to be placed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

• Wagering contribution rates vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%), as specified in the individual offer terms.
• Wagers placed on games with an RTP above 97% or on games specifically excluded in the offer terms may not count toward wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time limit (typically 7–30 days from bonus activation). Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with active bonus funds. Placing single bets exceeding the stated maximum bet limit (typically ৳1,000 per spin or round) while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

pkr38 monitors bonus activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematically claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, using low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine risk, exploiting promotional loopholes or errors, and coordinating with other players to farm bonus funds. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonus balances and associated winnings voided and the account may be permanently closed.

05 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the pkr38 Platform are supplied by internationally recognised software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider's games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and spinning by trained professional dealers under controlled studio conditions. RNG systems used by pkr38's providers are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories.

5.1 Published Return-to-Player (RTP) Rates

Every slot and RNG-based game in the pkr38 catalogue has a published theoretical Return-to-Player percentage that is certified by the game provider and available in the individual game's information panel. Published RTP rates represent the expected return over a statistically significant number of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session. The house edge on all games is fixed and cannot be altered by pkr38 at the platform level.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets — including cricket BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh national team matches, international football, kabaddi, and hockey — are governed by pkr38's Sports Betting Rules document, which is published separately. Key provisions include: all bets are final once confirmed; in-play bets accepted after a match event has already occurred (e.g., a wicket falling before the bet is registered) may be voided at pkr38's discretion; and odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet is settled, regardless of subsequent market movement.

5.3 Disputed Game Outcomes

If you believe a game outcome or wager settlement is incorrect, you must submit a dispute to pkr38's support team at [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed event. pkr38 will review the relevant server logs, game records, and provider data to reach a fair determination. All disputes are acknowledged within 24 hours and most are resolved within 48 hours of the initial submission.

06 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered pkr38 player, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes, in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr38 Platform:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or any communication with pkr38's support team.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other non-human means to access, scrape, or interact with the Platform in any capacity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any element of the pkr38 Platform, including game software, payment processing systems, or account management tools.
• Colluding with other players in any manner designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market available on the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or using the Platform for any purpose other than genuine personal entertainment wagering.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or on behalf of a person in such a jurisdiction.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkr38 staff or other players via any communication channel provided by pkr38.

Violation of any of the prohibited conduct provisions above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

pkr38 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Chargeback or disputed payment initiated by the player against a pkr38 deposit transaction.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months where no login, deposit, or wager activity has been recorded.
• Player-requested self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming tools in account settings.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request permanent closure of your pkr38 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Upon receipt of a closure request, pkr38 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal requests for cleared, non-bonus balances before the account is closed. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

7.2 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. pkr38 will contact you at your registered email address prior to applying any inactive account fee. An administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from an inactive account balance, to a minimum balance of ৳0. If you wish to reactivate an inactive account, simply log in — standard account functionality will be restored immediately upon login.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr38's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your pkr38 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkr38 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other indirect loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if pkr38 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

8.1 Platform Availability

pkr38 makes all reasonable efforts to maintain continuous Platform availability. However, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency patching, or circumstances beyond pkr38's reasonable control — including internet service provider outages, third-party game provider downtime, or force majeure events — may result in temporary Platform unavailability. pkr38 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from such unavailability.

8.2 Third-Party Content

Games, live dealer streams, and sports data available on the pkr38 Platform are provided by third-party software providers and data suppliers. pkr38 acts as a platform operator and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or technical performance of third-party game software beyond the standard quality assurance measures we apply during the provider integration process. Any claims relating to the technical operation of a specific game title should be directed to pkr38 support, which will escalate to the relevant provider as appropriate.
